We LOVE Lakeside Landing! We have been here for 2 years & it has been the easiest apartment living we have ever had. I have been employed as an apartment manager, and I know it is not easy. This place is always maintained, landscaping looks good, no trash on the property, pool is clean, maintenance responds right away, and Management never diminishes your issues. Base rent & annual renewals are well within market and extremely reasonable. You will never be hit with a couple hundred dollar increase. Morgan, our property manager, is all around amazing. She deserves a raise for everything she has done for the community. When the old PM left (also amazing) Morgan was pretty much handling everything on her own just from a leasing position. Adam does an amazing job managing the maintenance dept.

I called to inquire about an available apartment and have been very impressed with how helpful that Corey has been. I'm new to renting after being in my home for over 20 years. Corey has made this "scary" process so much better and I'm feeling so much more at ease. I'm looking forward to my new home.
