Lakeside at Milton Park

Editing for January 2026: I moved out in September 2024, but since this continues to be my most popular google review, I wanted to share an update. I ONLY moved because I went to Chicago. I still daydream about this apartment and all of the lovely property managers, the amenities, the views, etc. If I ever come back to Georgia, I will look here first. I've lived here since August 2022, and this has by far been my favorite apartment experience I've ever had (and I've had plenty of good ones!). There are great community events where I've met my neighbors and had a good time, the amenities are always clean and the property is generally very well cared for, but there is nothing better than the kindness and helpfulness of the staff here. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived here for 5 months and have had nonstop problems since moving in. Please see all the photos of everything I’m describing. 1. I have never lived in an apartment and have experienced so many bugs in my life. I would see multiple roaches and spiders everyday. I would ask for pest control to come, and they would spray but the bugs would still come constantly. I had to buy roach and spider traps and take matter into my own hands to make the bugs stop coming. 2. Continuing with the bugs, I had a small hole in my bedroom where a swarm of ants came through. When I called and told them they told me to “spray with Windex” until pest control and maintenance could come. It took 3 days for maintenance to come and seal the hole; I was killing hundreds of ants everyday until

Amazing place to live, maintenance team is quick available and efficient. Leasing office super nice too. The views from the lake breathtaking. We feel safe here and people is wonderful!

Truly unbelievable customer service from the leasing agent, Kendall. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her warmth and friendliness - so much so we are choosing to live in this beautiful apartment community😄

I've lived here for over 2 years and it's been a great experience. Everyone at the front office is incredibly friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and they are so nice and always do a great job. The apartments are clean and nice. Some are updated and they look really good! The pool is big and always clean. The gym building could use a little updating. It's a great place to live. I highly recommend.
