Lakeside Apartments

One of the resident shared, that they have been here a long time and they never seen such rudeness, cockiness, ignorance, and filthy place and how they won’t the resident apartment. They are too many people who complain about the current staff and have received no curtesy on how to solve the problem. If donna had good customer services there would not be multiple bad reviews on her nor building management.

Horrible reaction from staff! Never been so incredibly disrespected by whatever director is working there, you ask a simple question about a personal resident you know and the comment of, "If she is your family member then you should know" if you hate your job then don't work there or at least give people the human decency they deserve! This place needs to be sued just for the blatantly disrespectful attitude

I’m not sure why there are comments about Ms. Donna being rude, but my experience was wonderful. I called about an apartment for my grandmother and she was delightful to speak to. She was very knowledgeable and kind enough to mail us an application for her.

This is a great place to spend your retirement .Donna and Jose and the maintenance team are awesome. I feel safe living here . It was so worth the wait my apartment is one of the nicest ones I've seen in Columbia area. The views are breathtaking. I am grateful, happy and blessed to call this place home.

Customer service is king. In every business this should be the primary focus to gain, retain, and appreciate your customers. I called Lakeside Apartments simply looking for an apartment for myself (39) not realizing it’s for people over 60/Section 8. I currently take care of my grandmother with dementia, leukemia, and breast cancer and understand how hard it can be and the heart it takes. When I called I spoke with Donna who quickly relayed to me these apartments aren’t for me but spent 10 minutes answering, discussing, and offering valuable opinions on where she would recommend. Donna did not have to spend a second helping me and, especially, giving me valuable advice.
