Lakeside apartments has had its ups and down. I have been a resident here for 11 years. I have seen changes constantly. However. LEO, the manager and his team has made a considerable wonderfull change of the negative perception of the complex. They are very attentive to the residents needs. The landscaping of the property always is a priority. The maintenance staff (Martinez) is always on time with resolving any issues. You will love making this place your new home. I pray it remains this way with this Team 🙏 🙌 ❤️

We lived here before for almost three years, moved out for a while, and recently came back—and we couldn’t be happier! The experience this time around has been absolutely amazing. Leo, the Property Manager, made our move back so easy, stress-free, and welcoming. His support, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. Leo truly goes above and beyond for residents. He’s professional, kind, and always ready to help. Thanks to him, we felt right at home from day one. The rest of the staff is just as incredible. The maintenance team is top-notch—every request is handled the same day with professionalism and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a team this responsive and dedicated. I've been living in lakeside since November! Before moving here I was scared to live in this complex because of the bad reviews regarding the security of this place, in fact, I went several times before the leasing start day to look around and the gate was always open (you could get in and out as you wanted, even at 9pm)! But since I been here everything has been a great experience, the gate stays closed after 7pm, there is a guard watching the buildings and parking, the gym is very good and there is coffee almost the whole time! I recommend this place if you want to live in a decent place!

This is a wonderful community to live in. The property is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The manager, Leo, and his staff are outstanding—they are professional, attentive, and always willing to help. I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend this apartment community.
