Lakeside Apartments

I normally do not leave reviews, but after staying in these apartments for approximately three months, I feel that I have enough knowledge to share my experience. So far these apartments are by far one of the best ones that I have stayed at in Greenville. They are very spacious and clean, but what really blew me away the most was how amazing management is. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and fix them right away, and the manager, Ms. Brigette, is absolutely amazing. Not only does she take the time to hear her tenant’s concerns and ensure that they are addressed, but you can also tell that she truly cares about the people who live here. I have been a resident here since the beginning of march & to have a property manager that actually cares about the residents and gets things done in a timely manner is a plus to me. Due to past experiences with other property management. Huge thank you to Brigette Everette for being an awesome property manager !!! The place is always well kept up, pest control is always coming out to spray & the maintenance crew is amazing.its the little things that kind of go unnoticed but my experience here has been a good one.

I love living at lakeside apartments. It's quiet and peaceful and I love the apartment. I love the management staff especially Ms. Bridget she's always there to help me when I need her. I like the gym and pool area it's very convenient. The maintenance staff always show up when they are needed as well. Thanks lakeside for all that you do.👌👌👍👍

Apartments are decent at best but the property manager Brigette will take at least 2 weeks to answer an email. The gym was closed for months because it was being painted and they didn’t open the pool until July. Very disorganized and the good reviews are from the old property manager. The parking situation is bad, the visitor parking is very far away and they tow people who don’t park in the inconvenient visitor parking. Again, property manager Bridgette is not communicative and had no apology for the amenities (pool and gym) being unusable for months…

I love my appointment. I've been here for over a year the property is safe and well cared for maintenance is right on time. They take care of everything that needs to be taken care. The management office, it's very kind and cordial and very attentive. This is the first place I lived in. In North Carolina that have reasonable rents, they don't try to bleed you. They are fair and honest, you can't get no better than that. While 5_the ongoing complexities of family relationships, particularly i appreciate the property owner, who made sure that we are safe and we get what we need i'm glad to be part of the lakeside family.Thank You!
