Lakeshore Presidential Apartments

I’ve been a resident at Lakeshore Presidential for 3+ years and Maquel is by far the best property manager we’ve had. He truly engages with tenants, listens patiently to our concerns, and is always present in the community doing walkthroughs instead of sitting behind a desk all day. I’ve even seen him working late into the evenings to make sure everything runs smoothly. Since ResProp Management took over management in April 2025, living at Lakeshore has improved in so many ways. We have newly renovated units, the exterior is cleaner, quieter, the potholes are gone, and we now have onsite security. The community feels better and safer and Maquel dedication is a huge part of that.

I haved been a role model tenant living under atrocious conditions this place.looks nothing like the pictures online .no washers the pool is green ,roaches and rats. And raw human feces . And your car will.get towed..guests have to.pay to park and countless other unjust actions by management..run these are the real pictures, ( Update )they gavee a non renewal letter and a 60 day notice to vacate because I posted these pictures.Retalitory and illegal actions .These are the worst people to be affiliated with .I did get the proper authorities involved and now they will be forced to fix up the place and make it comfortable for a healthy dwelling for those not able to relocate as easily as myself,I also employed the free legal services from The housing Justice Center.(Update Sept 24 2024 ))t

This place is a complete fraud I noticed my roof leaks from several spots all over the house I wrote in the portal no one responded. My roof collapsed days before thanksgiving. And no manager was on site or anything left me for dead. For 11 days I was paying out of pocket for an airbnb and then once a manager finally came they promised to give me credit to my account they took that credit applied it to my account removed it and said that I owe them a balance for a apartment that has no properly fixed roof. Then they was calling about rent funds this has been going on for the past year. And still has not done anything to accommodate me at all but trying to evict me from the unit was there only goal because I got the news involved code compliance. This whole operation is a scam. DO NOT MOVE

First of all, the maintenance is a complete joke. I submitted multiple requests for repairs, and they take their time to address the issues. My Hot water Heater is leaking water, and my carpet is soaking up the water both in the entry way of my master bedroom and Livingroom. Was told someone will be here and that was hours ago in my lease it states the Hot water heater is a emergency. The grounds are always dirty, gate does not work so anyone can come in and hang out, security lights does not work, only 2 washing machines out of 4 work, pool has been out of order all summer but yet being charged as a amenities, pot holes throughout the parking lot, pics online is nothing like real life, lawn guys come at 6am, oh they gave me a stove which is falling apart and refrigerator sounds like a je

Update: Nothing much has changed. I wished the building looked like the website. building hasn't been cleaned, pressure washed or painted in years. Urine and trash in laundry rooms and stair ways. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC WHEN WASHING HANDS AND CLEANLINESS IS CRITICAL. The water is off every single day for hours at a time with no notice. Trash is everywhere in the parking area. No extermination for apartments and roaches are an issue. Maintenance doesn't fix things but says work orders are complete. Maintenance and cleaning crew are tenants instead of professionals who just get the job done and not when they feel like it. This place used to be nice and clean when there was a female landlord. This new landlord does not care about the property or the appearance of it. I guess it's just
