We had to shop around after we were recommended an inspector that cost more than we were ready to pay, and I'm so glad we found Mitch. His charges felt much more reasonable, he was incredibly responsive, very thorough in his inspection, and provided many helpful pictures and tips with his report. Being first-time homebuyers can be scary, and his information made the house feel much more manageable! Edit 6 months later: All of the plumbing in the house has to be replaced this year because it was clearly installed with odds and ends by somebody who wasn't a plumber. Somebody who has seen pipes before should have known that the ones in the basement aren't going to drain if they run horizontally.
