Just run. No professionalism whatsoever and no follow up on processes. I looked into living here last year as my lease was up and I wanted my daughter to be close to her school as we finished her last year. They were so sloppy with everything and nothing was going to be ready. I looked at three different units and they kept pushing back move in dates AFTER I applied due to "renovations." I also wanted a garage and couldn't get a clear answer on if that was possible which was a big deal to me. So, after talking to a few current residents that said they had bad experiences living there - we ended up finding something better. So why have I not gotten my deposit back after a year? Im leaving a review here just to ask the team to clean up the lake please, I see litter in it and we have a ton of wildlife we would love to stay healthy and happy. It would be great if this could get done. I love this place, some reviews about the joint dont give it justice. These people work hard to make sure we are happy here. And with the rats/mice, we literally live next to a mini forest. You see rabbits, hawks, frogs, ducks, cranes, you name it. Its a small ecosystem that is balanced here. Its like asking London not to have fog, or People in texas to drive better. Plus their is a gang of giant crows I call "The squad" that keeps the rats in check. Ive seen them scoop up a few. They keep this place in check. #Crowsquad

I am writing this review for the office kindly to become more responsible for residence convenience and well being. Please fix the Exit door as it has been broken for more than six months. A lot of strangers traspase into the complex. Also, I want to complain how expensive the trash service is as the charges are broken into $30, $11 and $3. At least give the residents the option to select the trash service or not. It is crazy how expensive this place is getting for no such a return. The reason I rated this place three stars because the quality of the buildings is not great in terms of insulation, and construction. I always hear the neighbors noise, as simple as walking , dropping things at 4 am. Construction due to the bath tab makes cracking noise. Other than that the complex is a decent

When we first moved here everything was fine , maintenance came quickly and we initially loved our space but not so much after all we would see rats running around at night outside by the trash area or in the street way there was once a dead rat by a neighbors door .. we initially had a set price for rent but that changed rent constantly goes up ours went up to 1,800 but our set price for our unit’s rent was 1,500 or a little more but around that amount which was fine maintenance is lazy they do lazy work we can tell everything has just been painted over property is very old which was fine it just is not really luxury they charge a pest control fee but we have never seen pest control . I love how the management throws events for the residents. They did a farmers market with lots of residents participating and it was so kind of them to provide stuff. I love the program that they are connected with as it helps you improving your life skills, yoga classes, and learn more for career advancement. Love Patrick and William ❤️
