Lakeshore 3 Apartments

New management (Hubbell) is terrible. Would not recommend anyone this complex anymore. Prior to Hubbell this was an amazing apartment complex that included a lot of amenities and friendly staff. Since Hubbell became the managers all amenities have been removed and are now charged to the tenants, management and other staff come into apartments at least once a month (with only one days notice), threatened many times about the cost of everything in the apartment should it happen to be broken or damaged, and replies from emails can take days to weeks or no reply at all. If you can afford the price go somewhere else, you will get much more included and almost guaranteed to have better management than what you can currently get at Lake Shore.

This place was great until recent changes. I no longer feel like I'm getting good value for the relatively high cost of rent 😕 When I moved in, water, sewage, internet and cable were bundled into the rent cost, but now you need to pay for them individually in addition to the already high rent. These changes have priced a lot of people out of this market and made it more of a hassle to manage your expenses. It's a great place if you don't mind paying $1200 for rent on top of utilities, internet, and pet-rent. They also recently implemented privileged parking spaces for those willing to pay, which is annoying, but not a deal-breaker.
