I felt very comfortable dealing with the staff for our project. They helped us think of many things that we had missed. Yes, our budget did go up slightly from what we initially thought we would spend, but we had yet to consider so many things. A simple example was Eversource, where they left the power versus where we needed it. We had a septic budget but were not specific to our land, "PERK TEST" results, or other factors. Everything was up front, and they helped us save money or change things that could be changed in the future.
