Lakes of Viera Apartments

I live here No one can tell s anything about exactly where our HOA FEES go everything is so secretive up to a point where you start really getting curious as to what’s going on. The HOA presidents wife is in the office which is costing us 30,000 plus a year when that money could go to clean up our property . If I could give it 0 stars I would. The property management has no clue what’s going on and I’m sure we pay them a pretty penny too, but they are absolutely no help. And you can go under their reviews and trust and believe they’re not good either. Just take a look for yourself keys property management. And just so everyone is aware if it’s still listed, we have a storage lot WE DO NOT THEY TORE THAT DOWN.

Great apartment complex! Very clean always well maintained. HOA president really cares about the community and it shows in the condition of the apartment complex.

Fantastic property! Lots of amenities, great location and the HOA board along with the management company live on the property and really care!
