Lakes of River Trails - David Weekley Homes

I've been in residential, commercial, and industrial construction since the 1960s. My step daugher's family bought a new house here several years ago and have multiple foundation problems. Our house is three years old and haven't had any issues so far. Being former military it disgusts me that Weekly can't display the American flag correctly in front of their model. I actually told them about it last year and dah it's still wrong. I spoke extensively with a foreman in the neighborhood and he admitted they have to build houses fast and cheap to compete with the other two builders. The homeowner pays for that sooner or later. Your decision. Don't say I didn't warm you.

I have ordered a home in Lakes of River Trails from David Weekley Homes. The home building process is in early stage, but I am very much impressed with the team I have. Lisa is very helpful in explaining all the details. I had a meeting with Donna Bursell in the weekend. She is a very good design consultant. She explained me everything about the interior designs, materials selected, color, brands and levels of the materials used as well as pricing for the different options as well as pros and cons of using each of those. It was a very good design meeting as I was allowed to make lot of changes of my desires. Me and my husband have selected Lakes of River Trails Community as our dream home. We followed different builders but one of our close friend recommended going to David Weekley Homes. We had an initial meeting with Lisa and were pretty much impressed with her. We had a meeting with Donna Bursell on Saturday Aug 27th. I could not attend the meeting, however after hearing from my husband and looking into the changes in HTS document and the uploaded photos, I am very satisfied with her work. We had a few discussions at home before going to the meeting and Donna allowed to make changes in the designs as we wished. I wished I had met her personally. My husband and I are in the market for a new home. He found this community, so we decided to tour the homes. I love the design of David Weekly Homes! The sales staff in this community didn't speak to us at ALL. No "hello", "can I help you", nothing! Not a productive way to sell houses. I don't want to say prejudice played a part in this but......? My first thought, though! Needless to say, they lost a sale, as we are pre-approved and ready! On a good note, Laura at Dunhill Homes was awesome! She was eager and excited to inform us of all they had offer as well as community features. She also informed us of the next phase of building homes in the growing community. I was interested in a home & had an appointment June 11th on a Sunday to tour a couple floor plans. Thursday July 2nd one of the sales agents reached out to me via text message and I informed her that my fiance tested positive for covid-19 that morning so we're focusing on his health at the moment.
