Lakes of Melbourne

This is not a gated community, ppl can walk right around the gates and get in. Car sit and wait for other cars to open gates and follow in. We don't know we how is coming in. Hometown America does not even take care of trees or bushes on the property of the homes that they own. We have to take care of your plus theirs.

I have lived in the park for 13 years and the last couple has been nothing but a big letdown. Yes, my wife and I did a video for the sales office, and at the time this was a premier park wow what a great place to live. Not anymore. Road drains haven't been sprayed in a couple of years, drains around the pool have weeds growing in them, and Roads are like driving through Pennsylvania on 81. Now it seems management is trying to shut off amenities, by forcing homeowners to sign liability papers in order to use the amenities. Sad day for what was once a premier Park..

Love our place. So tropical here. Love the pool and activities

We love living here. It's kept very clean and it is quiet. Both entrances are gated for safety. Management cares about us and does a lot of nice things for its neighbors.
