Lakes at Epping Way Apartments

I have been a resident since 9/2022. I want to take a moment to recognize the new management team, Artevus and Amber. Since they stepped in, they have addressed concerns I had been requesting since the beginning of the summer. Seeing those issues finally handled meant a lot. They are attentive, responsive, and they truly follow through. You can tell they care about the residents and the overall community. I've personally noticed a positive difference since they came in. They also send regular emails to keep residents informed about community updates and any concerns. That level of communication and involvement makes a big difference and helps everyone feel heard. I also really appreciate how quite and peaceful the apartment community is. That's something I value, and it makes living

I am planning to relocate & I toured the community! Amber and Artaveus were amazing. They both had great customer service skills

I just wanted to applaud the new property manager Mr. Driver he was very professional and helpful when i came into the office inquiring about an apartment i am a former resident that’s considering moving back previous management was nothing like Mr. Driver he made feel welcomed and already at home with his wonderful customer service skills and his beautiful smile I cant wait to become a resident again at the lakes THANK YOU MR. DRIVER

If i didnt have to give at least 1 star,I definitely wouldnt!Please don't believe none of the positive reviews on this place,(if there r any)Unless they old ash,tbh;And maybe before Mary(because ain't calling her Ms. nun!)Started managing them!!She is an entire u know what that does not care about her tenants nor their living situation at all while staying there,only appearances of the apartments!!&I say that very loosely;because I'm only speaking on the outside appearances.
