Dishonest, unfair, cheaters...backed out of agreement with my son moving into a rental after he had already gone through them to sell his house. He didn't have a rental house to move into as he was looking for the house he wanted to buy. Made it where my son had to pay back half of cost within less than a week to the buyers for appraisal, inspection, etc. They knew they were wrong that's why they agreed to pay half the cost. God does not like ugly, and these people know they did him wrong. Vengence is mine says the Lord. Find a reputable realtor. Not this realtor. I would give a negative stars if possible. Very unprofessional.
