Living here has been a positive experience overall. The management does a wonderful job keeping the property organized and running smoothly, and Bettsy is always friendly and approachable whenever you need assistance. Keith in maintenance is reliable and handles requests fast. It’s a quiet community with respectful neighbors who clean up after their pets, plus the pool and hot tub are great amenities. The complex feels peaceful, clean, and well cared for. Gated and right next to the police station for extra comfort.

I’ve been a resident of Lakeland Landing for 2 years now. I’ve never had any issues with anything. Maintenance is always prompt with issues, even on weekends. The office is pleasant and understanding. Apartments are very conveniently located. Highly recommend!

She’s always willing to help with paperwork and any of the services offered, and she shows genuine human warmth in everything she does. The apartments are comfortable, and all the services are of excellent quality. I genuinely feel at home here. We moved in several months ago. Rent is reasonable and neighborhood is nice and quiet. We are within walking distance of everything. It feels very safe, plus its gated. Love the personal gym.
