Hello. I been living here a little over a year and have had a good experience overall. Maintnence is always on top of things Luis is friendly and took care of my washer and dryer hook ups quickly. As for other work orders. Property is well cared for and the staff in the office Melissa gets things resolved quickly. Having lake access is a plus for me. Great community.

Make sure you tour your unit and know what unit number you are moving into before your move in date, when i first tourd i was toured in a unit that i was not going to move in to i also understood this aswell but the reason why i say this is because if you are going to be in the f unit i highly recommend sleep aids due to the free way being obnoxiously loud and busy all hours of the day i was not aware of this upon my move in.- i do not reccomend the units if you have infant children due to the noise from the freeway i could not sleep at all I was also waking up anytime a 18 wheeler came by due to the very busy freeway. I also made my agreement i wanted a bedroom with carpet i got vynal tile all throughout upon my move in date unaware the carpet was exchanged through out the unit before i

The office lady made it so easy and comfortable with every step we had to take to get us moved in. Very friendly and funny. I would and have recommended her again and again. Thank you very very much

Love these apartments. Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. The lake access is the best so relaxing and fun. Such a fun place to live.

I currently stay here and got my shower redone it came out great also a quiet place to stay since the months I’ve been here and the maintenance men do great work also -Luis
