God knew what he was doing when he sent me to this apartment complex. From the beginning and every step of the way I have been given respect and patience and compassion! The management team wonderful! Maintenance team just as great! I found the perfect community for my family! Very hospitable and they actually care!! Very helpful, very reliable! I have no negatives for this apartment home community! 10/10 definitely recommend

This complex has got to be one of the cleanest and best I’ve seen! Mama T is the absolute best! She made my process so smooth! She takes interest in learning my family, and truly made my process to getting into my home so easy! I love her and would refer anyone to this property 1000 times! My unit is so clean! So spacious! Everyone in the office is so friendly! And we are so happy and grateful to be apart of the lakeside community!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to our maintenance man, Oscar! Our water heater cracked and he responded immediately. Not only did he address the issue quickly, but he even came out a day earlier than scheduled to make sure everything was taken care of. Oscar was professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and proactive. Unfortunately, our experience at this complex has been significantly affected by a persistent marijuana smoke issue. The smoke frequently travels into our apartment through the ventilation system and walls, resulting in involuntary exposure to secondhand smoke inside our own home. This is not simply a matter of preference, it is a serious health concern, especially for families with children who should not be exposed to this type of environment. No resident should have to worry about the air quality inside their own living space. Despite reporting the issue, it continues to occur. Stronger enforcement of lease policies and smoke regulations is clearly needed to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
