I found this community on Apartments.com and called to schedule a tour. From the very first call, the experience was amazing! I toured the property with Austin, and Ashley helped guide me through the application process. Both of them were so kind, professional, and patient every step of the way. What I really appreciated is that they had my exact unit available for me to tour not just the model homes. That made me even more confident in my decision. On top of that, I was able to secure an amazing price for my apartment! For what I got, I easily could’ve been paying around $1,500 elsewhere, so I was thrilled to get such a great deal here. This is an absolutely beautiful apartment complex and I am very happy to be a new resident after several months of trying to find someplace that I would be comfortable and would be affordable. Wonderful amenities, spacious apartment with brand new and matching Whirlpool appliances. Excellent staff!!! The leasing agent named Lulu Ochoa helped Me and I can’t say enough good things about her. Her customer care skills are absolutely wonderful…IMPECCABLE even!! In fact, all of the staff are very professional and made me feel that they cared about my needs more than once. I would strongly recommend her or any member of the staff to anyone looking for a new apartment. Thank You Everyone for all of your support and help in establishing My brand new Forever Home 😍🏠

I just want to say that Lakecrest apartments has been a good place to live. The apartments are great and well put together. I have never had an issue while living here. Carlos in the front office is a very nice young man who has helped me out in numerous occasions and is great at what he does. It's great to see someone so motivated and hardworking in the office. With all the transitioning of the staff its important for us as residents to see warm, familiar faces. If you are looking for a place to live I highly recommend to try here!

Absolutely worst place to stay . Ever since new company came , these apartments have been going down hill.We’ve been staying here almost 2 years . On 2/8/26 our son bike was stolen by 4 minors . We bought it to the Lakecrest’s property manager’s attention on 2/9/26 twice . First time we notified the company was at 9:00 am (Austin ) showed him the video of the bike being stolen , he said he knows the kids and will inform the manager . We waited for 8 hours no response (due to the fact she was in meetings all day ) . Ok cool we went back up there at 5:00 pm . Austin was existing with a customer at the time , then he leaves and returns with the bike flat tires and wheels broke . We tell him we’ll like to speak to the manger, we waited for an hour for her not to even acknowledge us due to t
