Lake Timber at Babcock Ranch by Pulte Homes

We just reached our one-year anniversary in our home. We love the Oasis model that we chose and the lot location - so close to everything! We are confident that we made the right decision to work with Pulte Homes and that they built a quality home for us. From our initial visit to the sales office in Parkside, to our recent one-year meeting with our customer care manager, everything has been handled professionally, as promised and in a timely manner. Everyone made us feel as if we were their only clients. We are VERY pleased with our decision!

The sales representative we worked with at Pulte, Tanner Miller, provided us with exceptional service. The buying process was seamless, as he stayed in contact with us to ensure we got everything we were hoping for in a new home. The building process was just as great. Blake Barnes was constantly involved in keeping us up to date on the progress of our home. We would pop in and check to see the progress and the workers we always very friendly, and always cleaned up after themselves, keeping a construction site so tidy (as tidy as it can be), which we were so impressed with. We would highly recommend Pulte to any of our family and friends, and can't speak highly enough of our experiences with Tanner and Blake. Thank you Pulte, we love our new home!

Great place to live and very happy with our experience and with our Pulte Home! The Pulte team here has been exceptional and great to work with during the building process and even after working with the warranty department. Babcock Ranch has a great community culture and we could not be happier with our decision to move to this awesome neighborhood with neighbors that make this place even better. We love it this place and are looking forward to living here for years to come!

We are thrilled with our new home. Our sales rep Tanner is/was awesome. He made the buying process great, even if we probably took longer than he would have liked. The construction process was quick and well done. The construction manager Zane is on top of everything. If you are thinking of buying, I can't recommend Pulte in Babcock enough.
