Lake Taylor Pointe

We LOVED living here!!! We recently had to move out of state and have missed the facilities and the staff so much. Rianna and Paola were always so kind and accommodating. They alwaysss went above and beyond to make our stay there pleasant. Mission accomplished! The gym has amazing equipment. The clubhouse is beautiful and held great community events. Our neighbors were nice and we miss them too. Two suggestions if you want to rent here: 1. Floors/ceilings are not noise proof. If you don’t wanna hear footsteps above you, get a top floor unit. 2. Don’t expect to be able to text or call and teach the staff (I was never able to) but when you walk in or email they will very kindly respond to you. Lived here about 4 months now and enjoy it very much. Top floor unit so the stairs get to be a bit much but the view is great and it's very peaceful. Not alot of noise at all except for the occasional loud traffic from the freeway, but it's not noticeable most of the time. Very convenient to va beach and norfolk. 10-15 min to naval base so it's an easy commute. I would continue to live here and recommend to others!

I had a great experience working with Paola while searching for an apartment. She was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Her responsiveness and positive attitude really stood out. If you’re looking for a place and want someone who genuinely cares and makes the process smooth, I highly recommend working with her.

Best area to be living in while in the Hampton Roads! Rianna the property manager is very knowledgeable, understanding, sympathetic and most importantly caring!!!! Very hard to find an amazing property manager like her. Darien who is the main maintenance guy also goes above and beyond for residents. My only complaint is why wasn’t this built sooner with these amazing staff members!!! We finished out our last 18 months here of our military contract and felt so safe, heard and most importantly loved the building and amenities!! 💗

I recently toured the property and my experience with Paola was outstanding. From our initial communication to the in-person tour, she was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. She genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit rather than just completing a tour. Honestly Because of her, I would highly recommend this property to anyone in the area looking for a place to call home.
