Lake Stella Apartments

OLD apartments. Office manager is super friendly. Office hours are 9am to 4:30pm. Roof leaks. The outside trim and fixtures have being replaced. Maintenance does a good job inside. Half the washers and dryers don't work and are NOT being fixed. About average to a little less costly per square foot. NO washer/dryer inside. Pretty pond.

These apartments are quiet and have a lot of living space. When our AC went out on Sunday, it was fixed on Tuesday. I had a package that got delivered to the office and I wouldn't be home in time before the office closed, and they put the package in my apartment so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to get it. They respond to every maintenance need in a short timeframe. The pool is amazing. My balcony looks right over the pool and the lake. It is always quiet and Sharon is very nice and gets things done. The maintenance people are very friendly and competent. They even tell great jokes. This has been a breath of fresh air because my last apartments were HORRIBLE. I love it here!

Lake Stella has been a fabulous decision to move to. Sharon the manager is very kind and goes out of her way to help. The maintenance guys -Miguel & Greg are a couple of misguided misfits who will eat all your food and drink all your booze! NOT! Just kidding -they are great and do a great job! My apt is huge -1250sq ft. Low utilities and great neighbors !

This is my first apartment on my own, have lived at Lake Stella for TWO years... NOT ghetto, very quite. Manager Sharon, is the sweetest. When my A.C. stopped working on sunday, since my A.C. stopped working on a Sunday, the company could not get it fixed until Monday, it was very hot outside, Sharon offered to bring me fans and anything to keep me comfortable until the A.C. was fixed the next day.

The Office Manager, Jessica, is very friendly, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. She is such a pleasure to deal with.
