I want to sincerely thank Tekisha Edwards, the Property Manager, for her excellent assistance with my mother’s lease renewal. We initially attempted to complete the renewal online but ran into some technical issues. When we went into the office for help, Tekisha was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through everything and made sure the renewal was completed smoothly. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier for both my mother and me. We are very grateful for her support and appreciate the outstanding customer service she provided. Thank you again, Tekisha!

Tekisha Edward’s has helped me above and beyond especially after office hours to ensure I was squared away with all documentation for my apartment and help with my vehicle. I do highly appreciate the fact that she has gone out of her way to assist me and made sure it was to my satisfaction
