Lake Saunders Reserve

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with Lake Saunders Reserve. From my initial visit to my move-in, what an amazing place with staff and the experiences with the staff and moving in. Everything was so amazing! And the apartment as well as all aspects and expectations were overwhelmingly beautiful. I love the place. I love the looks and every aspect of exceeded our our expectations. Quiet? Wonderful. The grounds are so well maintained. Sunsets are beautiful. The sounds of the lake being well maintained with a fountain. What a wonderful choice we made Even our son loves it.

I cannot say enough about Christa, Monica and Nicole. Since the first day I came to see Saunders to the day I filled out the application to after moving in, these women have been nothing but helpful, kind, understanding and PATIENT with me. Besides loving the apartment and quiet here, they are the reason i decided to move here. I cannot say enough good things about these women, THANK YOU Christa, Nicole and Monica for your help and honesty.

I've really enjoyed living here. The maintenance guys are particularly great here. I've never waited a full day for any maintenance request, and they are always in and out quick with a job well done. Also, all of the front desk people are really helpful.

Thank you Ian for being so kind. I called to get information about the property for my mom. It is very hard to find people with good manner and customer service, but Ian was patience to answer my questions. I wanted to make a review because I was impressed with his patience and kindness which is very hard these days.

Beautiful place to stay but the management needs to be replaced. Lady in office threatened a residents housing because their child was doing harmless things in the community while visiting to help their parent and even went so far as to threaten the resident twice if they didn’t comply. This is not a good look on the community and I hope this catches the attention of corporate because my next step is contacting corporate.
