Lake Park Village Apartments

~ WE WANT TO MAKE OUR HOMES YOUR HOME ~ for the first time I wasn't very positive about the sentences but now I live there and I completely understand these sentences. I feel blessed and happy to move into this beautiful apartment and community. The office work and management are very good. This is the place for those people who want to live in lovely neighborhoods Thank you, especially Susan.

As first-time apartment tenants, this place is amazing in all aspects. The apartment looks like beautiful townhomes and always in good condition. The property manager, Susan, is so good at her job and the upkeep of the property. She always decorates the entrance and leasing office in different ways depending on the season and holiday. She always gets back to you if you have any questions or concerns. The maintenance technician, Dan, is always amazing and professional. Whenever we have an issue, he's here within the hour to fix the problem and gives a laugh when he leaves. Overall, this place is so awesome and would highly recommend to first time, second time, third time, anytime apartment owners.

I love living here at Lake Park Village! Both the office and maintenance are ready to help at all times and handle things very quickly. The neighbors are all very nice and it's a quiet place living here---I'll be here for awhile!

I lived here for 1 year and it was the best place that I had lived. Susan, Sue, and Dan were such a joy to talk too and always made you feel at home! They were always on time for any maintenance that was needed (sink started to leak) fresh furnace filters, fantastic neighbors, quite, amazing views, updated apartments, everything.... I sadly had to leave at the end of my lease but I am hoping to come back soon! it really did feel like a home and these days that's all you can ask for.

We’ve been living here for about a year now, and have nothing but great experiences here. Very peaceful area, wonderful neighbors. I worked remotely during the pandemic and never heard any type of noise from neighbors, and every neighbor we’ve met this past year have been incredibly friendly and kind. The very few times we’ve had to call maintenance, they’ve been quick and always resolve any issues. Parking is never an issue with how many spots are available, and are quick to plow/ice when the snow hits. I would happily recommend this location to anyone searching for apartments in the area, it was one of the easiest decisions of my live renewing our lease here!
