Lake House Apartments

My 2nd month going on my third month, so far I actually love the studio. I inside everything is clean except some cracked tiles that it takes a bit from the rest. Kitchen nice. Bathroom clean. I saw 2 roaches when I moved in but I don't leave food or dirty dishes laying around. The outside specially in the main building next to the office sometimes they sit on the stairs to smoke weed leaving wrapping papers on the floor. The trash is always on the floor. It look like they need more trash cans. Inside the laundry room there is no trash cans for the trash so people leave the ordor drying little towels all over the floor . They could fix this by adding a trash can in the laundry room

I’d highly recommend Lake-house Apartments, the customer service primarily is exceptional, I had the greatest pleasure working with Rolando. He is very kind, warm and welcoming with a sense of humor, he was also extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. Not only Rolando the leasing manager was phenomenal his coworker Alexis was exceptionally sweet & helpful as well. They are very professional in all ways and will help you in any way they can.

Lake house has been my home for the past couple of years and I can say management is always willing to communicate and work with tenants. Work orders have been done in a timely manner. If delays are being done communication is always communicated. Tenants can always give a call or stop by the office for any assistance. 😊

The staff at Lakehouse apartments has really made my Christmas 🎄🎉!!! There aren’t any words to describe the kindness, grace, and endurance this team has given me. To be very straight forward I don’t really have a credit history and there were some minor things that were risky due to some unfortunate circumstances, to put the highlight on Grace especially from Rolando and Alexis they were gracious enough to give me a chance being that I am single hard working Mother. And it also was a simple reminder that your past doesn’t define you, as long as you make efforts to learn and strive for excellence everyday moving forward everything will fall in place. I am beyond Blessed for these people that were put in my path. Thank you Again 🙏🏾 I’m glad to call Lakehouse Apartments my new home.

I lived here for 1 year, and as my first experience living alone away from home, it was abysmal. I could go on and on about how awful this place it, but let me sum it up for you. Moving in, they changed my room last second, literally 2 days before moving in, and wouldn't give me a proper reason for why. I loved from Ohio so this last minute info was quite stressful on me. They show images of the place being gates, it really isn't. anyone can access this place at whatever time. They do well with towing non residents/cars not registered, almost too well. I sent them info for a rental vehicle I had, due to my car breaking down for a week, and they didn't input the info correctly and my rental got towed. I had to work that day, and were snippy with me being frustrated about the situation. I li
