Lake Forest North Apartments

We've been here since late 2018. Moved from Valley, NE. Landlord Steve is super amazing. These apartments are low key. I only heard of them through a mutual friend of the landlord's. His crew & him are speedy at fixing things that need working on. They are very helpful and friendly people. As long as you pay your rent & respect his property, Steve is usually a rational cool guy. Rent was 820 when I first moved in (2B1.5B) but due to the economy, prices are starting to sky rocket. My unit is spacious for us, three and very clean. The hallways are cleaned multiple days throughout the week. I have no complaints. Every once in a while, there are crazy, obnoxious, nosey Karen's, or incompetent neighbors but for the most part, everyone keeps to themselves. Once you move in, you won't want to mov

I lived in this apartment complex before years ago and I loved it the owner and his wife are wonderful. I would rent from them again!
