Lake Falls Apartments

LakeFalls Apartments, managed by three different owners since my move in late November 2025, has been plagued with numerous issues. The most significant problem for me is the severe mouse infestation. I have been living with mice until today now they Pest control come in. 2/3/26 Regardless of management changes, no one should have to live in such a rodent-infested environment. Additionally, the gas stove burner part hasn’t arrived yet, preventing me from using all four burners. Even in February, the draft at the front door remains unresolved. Furthermore, the storage room is covered in mouse droppings and hasn’t been cleaned, making it unusable. Since November of 2025 I am deeply disappointed with my move. My move in was from Moravia Park Apts. to Lake Falls Apts. I believe the move in/transfer went over smoothly ,because Sabrina Phillips was actively there to provide all the information I needed. She took out time to keep in touch with me throughout the entire process. I like living at Lake Falls Apts. so far the neighborhood is extremely quiet and I love the way the apartments are set-up.

It was a really nice area and affordable price! I definitely enjoyed my stay here, but there’s a huge mice issue that was never resolved the whole time I was there. No matter how many times maintenance came, the mice never stopped and we always kept the place clean. I stayed about 1 1/2 years. Had no issues but that.
