Came here looking to rent and I have a licensed Service Animal. Was told by listing agent that regardless of her being a service dog with myself identified as her handler, the owner wouldn't rent to someone with pets. As far as I know, such practices are discriminatory and against the law. That alone tells you what kind of community this is.
Honestly I leave here around 6 years the 1 years the HOA work good rules work good now the HOA fees is 675$ every 3 moths but the rules is for couple persons the rest the management company is do nothing INGNORE when I put complain
We moved here since December and so far is been a pleasure very safe and quiet. Small neighborhood and very friendly people!!
