Lake City Park Place Apartments

The process has been very smooth, the apartment looks great, all utilities are functioning smoothly, and management makes an active effort to make you feel like you belong there at home! They do well to reciprocate and work with you through everything, the energy there very caring and comfortable. It seems like we got some good neighbors, too!

I love management and how quick they are to fix things . The place is nice and spacious for a really good price. There's no drug use or anything I have to worry about thank GOD. Management is very on top of everything and so is maintenance. Love living here!

I have never felt more welcome and at home in a building and community than I do at LC Park Place. Management is so SO kind and responsive to any issues I’ve encountered. I truly love my home and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Wonderful building and apartment.

I had a great experience here! The one time I had a maintenance problem they had someone there same day and everyone was very gracious and friendly through my stay here. They were also super on top of keeping the building safe, clean, and secure. I am a single woman living alone and never once felt unsafe. 5/5 stars because I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing place to live . They have parking underground & the office absolutely beautiful people! They actually care about the people whom reside there! We have a lady by the name of. Paula & she gives her heart and soul to this place! There is no crime! And she is always available 24/7 . We couldn’t have chosen a better and safer place to live! We love it and that’s why I am posting this on here! It’s hard to find a place to live in Seattle for the price we’re paying! I recommend this place to anyone!
