Lake Arbor Towers

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve live here for 4yrs, it has not been the best experience by far . Cars get broken into on the regular, rental office has no footage when its comes too cameras at the “entry point and when you exit point” security here is non existent basically you outta luck . several times my AC just stopped working during the summer time throughout the years & no compensation there lake arbor also has roach problems exterminator must stay on redial Requested several times they replace my kitchen floor after moving in which they did The “rental office staff “ will find ways to nickel and dime you. The professionalism and integrity of this staff is not there strong point. Save yourself time and rent money go somewhere else.

I love where I live ( Lake Arbor Towers)! My Mgt. Office personnel is outstanding! They have met our needs and expectations since 2010. Friendly, professional, and service is commendable.

This is an Amazing place to live. Charles and Devon are the best ever. I have never felt a place more home than this one. I love it here The maintenance team Carlos and Victor never let an issue go without completing within the hour.

The apartments have an infestation of roaches and management in the rental office lacks transparency. The only thing they do well is collecting the tenant's rent money every month. Don't move here. If I could I would give negative stars. Looks like I let the cat out the bag!

Very excellent service from start to finish! Makes me feel truly like family! Blessed to be a part of lake arbor as a tenant! Highly recommended!!
