Absolutely disgusting place. Parking here is a complete scam. Management is clearly working hand-in-hand with the towing company to squeeze as much money as possible out of tenants. If your car is even one inch outside the line — it gets towed, even when it blocks absolutely no one. This is not property management, this is legalized extortion. They don’t care about tenants at all, only about profit from towing and parking violations. Zero common sense, zero respect, and zero accountability. Do NOT rent here. You will lose money, time, and your nerves. One of the worst rental experiences imaginable. Every weeks, new updates. They need to feed towing business!!!

Was liking the place until we got flooded out yesterday, 07.12.21 right after I had payed my rent. My landlord has been a great help by refunding my months rent while waiting for County Inspections to be completed on the safety/stability of the building. Homeowners Association will get report on Wednesday as to whether or not the buildings/apartments are safe for tenants to move back in or not. 😥 08.20.21..... Still in limbo at hotel while repairs are being done to apartment complex. All 1st floor units of complex gutted and getting complete overhauls due to flood on 07.12.21. 😔 09.01.2021.... Not looking forward to finding out what Hurricane Ida and the flooding may have done to hinder repairs or destroyed the work already done at complex. So not happy right now!!😱😭 01.18.2022.... St

Lack of parking and management benefits from it. They are calling towing company to get rid of the tenants cars, even if your car doesn’t block anyone. I have never seen such a ridiculous thing. They are earning money from the parking lot. Don’t even think to rent here, you will be broke!

They have real problems with parking. Seems like they’re working together with towing company. If you are an inch off your parking space your vehicle will be towed. It’s ridiculous how they rip tenants off!

I have lived in this so called "condos" since March 9th. I will be moving on July 1st. Horrible place to live. My bedroom has flooded 7 times since April 16th. NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE DECK ABOVE ME. DO NOT MOVE INTO HERE.
