Reviews vary depending on which building you live in. In 875: Cons: the elevators have been out of service multiple times, machines are out of service in the laundry room quite often, (which is an inconvenience because it only has 10 washers for 19 floors of tenants), and the gym is not being cleaned properly and machines have been down for months, things should be properly maintained to reflect +250 monthly increase in rent over the span of 4 years Pros: Lobby is cleaned daily, maintenance vacuums the hallways, security is quite attentive, majority apartments have a terrace. The office staff can be very laid back when its come to your concerns and requests and can have a negative/uncaring demeanor and attitude. I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, the building is very clean and well maintained. The building is full of hardworking people, no loitering around the building. The elevators work great no issues. They have a service app to put in request for repairs and they show up every time to my request. They have gym in the building fee $8. Nice park next to the complex to enjoy anytime of the day. Parking is available inside the complex for a fee. Apartments are nice and spacious. No loud music from my experience. No loud noise issues, except sometimes when people play music in the park during summer time. Overall great complex especially in the Bronx.

This is a nice place to live and is clean and affordable. The maintenance does a good job but the management office needs improvement in addressing tenants concerns. They have the rudest receptionist so just ask to speak with the supervisor or manager. I never get heat when I’m supposed to so it’s a yearly complaint.

These apartments are beautiful. Security guard at the door, clean hallways and elevators. Nice patio space. Peaceful community. Wide open space street parking. Also private parking on the complex. This is a good look.

I've lived in the complex for 3 years and will now be moving into my first house; no major issues other than continuous MCI (Major Capital Improvement) charges for their 60 year old apartment complex. They are now building 2 buildings in a area that was previously used as a parking lot which I can foresee as a typical Bronx cluttered area. Due to this prediction I decided not to renew my lease and I am scheduled to move before the rent payment date which according to the website is the 15th of each month. The management office has now started used harassing tactics such as continuous emails and stating that I cannot utilize the elevator to move my items which I have been told by a lawyer is illegal. (These again are the elevators that the tenants have been forced to pay to update, by charg
