I represent a client who is a tenant of Live Oak Bend. Until I demanded a copy of the fully executed lease, they refused to give him the lease that he signed. His heater has not been working and he asked for it to be repaired. After the maintenance person came and told my client that nothing can be done, my client and I called the management office. We were told they said the manager was on the phone and kept us on hold for quite a bit of time. We called again after about 10 minutes of holding. When I asked for the last name of the manager, the receptionist refused to give it to us. It is very disturbing that a management company tries to avoid calls from it's tenants knowing the tenant had no heat. Heat during the winter is essential to any habitable home. I'm so tired of coming home after working and there is no hot water and they treat as if it's not an emergency.And I'm so tired of reporting repairs that doesn't get fixed. AND they always lie and say tomorrow but tomorrow ends up months later. And I’m so tired of these people entering my apartment without me knowing I’m am about to hire an attorney it’s just that serious it’s doesn’t be nothing in regards to an emergency they find any reason as a single female this is disturbing

My lease was up the 31st “Sunday” office was closed, the 1st come around “New Years” the office was closed but Yall wanna charge me for 2 days for not turning in my Key when The office was Closed! Then gone say somebody was suppose to move in on the 31st....How? When i dont have to be out untill 11:59pm that night & the office closed? Im so sick of these apartments 🤦🏾‍♀️ not the apartments but The Manager “Debra” Very Unprofessional. Yall moved me in a molded apt when i first moved in after receiving all my money, i had to wait 3 days for u to transfer me, then never came and fixed nothing on my check list, my ac was out 3 months, gave me fines because you were “angry” because i was not letting ya up Now Its time for me to FINALLY LEAVE HERE U GO AGAIN! A very nice and Pleasent Place to live, Management Deborah is great and treats you as if your apart of the family. I will be renewing my 3th yr lease on this week and looking for many more years to come.

My daughter Cynthia Byrd stay there a year ,paid her rent, and when it was time for her to move they didn't give her deposit back because the manager said my daughter got a eviction in some other apartments,which didn't have anything with getting her deposit back. Smh
