I would not work with this realtor. Trish called me through Zillow after I asked if a house received flood damage since it was lower than everything else and the listing said it was located in "flood zone x". When she called I asked again, does it have flood damage and her answer was "to my knowledge it doesnt, a little water might have entered the basement". I said "OK, who would know if it had flood damage"? She continues with round about answers. I cut her off, and said "look, all I need is a yes or no". After which she hung up on me. This kind of behavior DOES NOT SELL HOUSES. Since I live in Land Harbor, ill head that way now and give the door a good old fashion knock and see if the homeowners are home to talk to directly.

Survey Review - I needed a survey done for a property in Linville Falls, NC and everyone I spoke to recommended Michael Lacey as the surveyor I need to hire. I know surveyors are extremely busy in this 2021 real estate market but Mike was responsive and called me back within a reasonable amount of time. We discussed the property I needed surveyed, his schedule, and how long it would be until he could get started. He was backed up months (at the time) and totally transparent about it. I said I would like to move forward and get it done and would therefore like to get on the list. He communicated with me the entire time while waiting. Just called this agency trying to reach a lady that called me yesterday. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I told him I couldn't remember her name and he told me if I couldn't remember her name then I just needed "to forget about it". Didn't offer to take my name or number down or anything. Guess I'll be purchasing my next home through someone else. LoL what a joke.

Had a great experience getting a survey from Lacey Realty. They were able to get it in within a few weeks and everything looks good. Real easy to work with, did everything as promised.
