-Minus negative 5 stars. Larry was hired by the buyer to our home. We had a new tankless water heater installed that he wouldn't pass even though we paid 60.00$ to have a Bullhead City inspector come out and pass the work that was done. Unfortunately the buyer to our home was from out of state and went with Larry's recomendation that the tankless water heater be pulled out and replaced with a standard water heater. In the end we spent almost three thousand dollars because his of lack of knowlege. He does not know Bullhead City codes and obviously obtained his credentials from a cracker jack box. Avoid this clown.

Extremely upset. With us being first time home buyers we trusted Larry to come and do a inspecton on our house. There was nothing major mentioned in the report so we went ahead and closed on the house. We found mold in the front bathroom, under the sink, the water heater is corroded and all the pictures he took show this and he didnt mention anything. We are now iver 8k paying for everything that if he mentioned in the report the previous buyers woupd of been responsible.

Should not be able to go into homes, he broke the board to blower on my ac, put a deer in hood, took the screws to ac. He was hammering on heater and who knows what. He also damaged my garage door. I am filling a claim with B&B. I have no ac in 110 weather.for 3 days. He needs his license removed

Larry was very thorough. He was readily available. He found a few things wrong with our house to better our decision. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.
