Great property with such amazing staff. The manager Karina was super helpful and truly hands on dealing with my needs when it came to renting out an unit. The fact that i always get a promptly response shows me how much they care for this property and their tenants.

The maintenance men name Ramon was great help with fixing the apartment back to normal after the ceiling feel in. He painted and renovated at quality speed that was respectable and timely.

Ive lived here goin in 2 years now. Jennifer has always been very nice and helpful. She looks out for her residents and shes always smiling with a great attitude! Thanks Jennifer!! You're greatly appreciated

10-20-25 I love how now the manager is trying to get a hold of me now that I want to leave. But when repairs were needed I was ignored. I come up to the leasing office and I ask to sign papers and the employee has no idea what I am talking about. I have to wait in order for her to contact the manager. The manager should of had these papers ready. Then I try to sign the documents and my name is spelled in correctly. I'm not trying to rush anyone to have documents prepared. I was rushing yall to give me water. During the outage water was not offered. This place does not care about you. Last night there was loud music playing the parking lot and I wake up to vomit all over the parking lot. Beer cans and bottles all over the place.
