La Serena at Spring Branch Apartments

I lived here years ago and nothing has changed—if anything, it’s worse. The apartments are rundown, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. The buildings look outdated and unappealing, and ongoing issues have never been properly fixed. The only reason this place is still operating is because the rent is cheap. Instead of continuing to patch problems, management should seriously consider major renovations or tearing these buildings down and starting over.

I been a resident for years and one thing I can say I'm thankful for Susie! She's been helpful and always fully pays attention to your concerns or any issues. She's so polite and amazing! This new management is doing great job! Highly do recommend her!
