I bought a home from from a seller represented through this company, Dametra Hicks, she was the worst realtor I've ever had to work with. She refused to respond to my realtor, even on the day of closing we had no clue if the seller was coming to sign because she absolutely would not respond, we ended up having having go through her broker and he admitted that he has been sued 50 times in the past 3 years and I'm not surprised. We almost backed out of the sell numerous times because of her although we loved the house. We had to extend our contract at one point by 2 days because the appraisal hadn't came through and she was so nasty about it, but finally confirmed that she and the seller would agree to extend it before we were out of contract, but then refused to have him sign the new amendm
