After being approved for a house we found on Facebook by a guy named Tony. We started to get thr run around about when to meet ect. Was told Give deposit Thursday sign Friday move Saturday. Then Thursday comes and we are told dudes going out of town and I have to put everything on hold till Monday after taking the time off work to move and letting my current landlord know I would be out Saturday. So I did my due diligence and did some research and asked around bout the guy we was dealing with. ( first thought he was a regular guy later found out who he works for) found out he worked at la rosa so I called a friend to make sure he was legit. After purchasing a home with a realtor from this brokerage I would say that you can NOT trust anyone. The broker had this listing and I agreed to buy through her as well but it was the biggest mistake! She only looked out for the seller and I mean only looked out for him was an understatement. I could literally sue from all the "things" I was left to do on my own. She aloud the seller to stay passed closing day and also work was being done the day after closing day.(which she had asked if the seller could stay 5 days after closing??? who does that) I can say it was my fault as well for trusting in this realtor but again she should have been on top of her job. I literally had to move the sellers things outside myself and I also had to supervise the work that was being done to my ceiling the
