La Puente Gardens Apartments

These apartments have nice finishes on the inside. But I was visiting my grandma in apartment 32 and there was a smell coming from apartment 32 that smelled really offensive. It was so bad, I asked her when the last time he saw her neighbor just in case he died in the apartment.

I would like to apapreciate the hardwork and effort done by Gary the new maintenance of La Puente Garden Apartment as he did his job very well in just 2 days upon submission of the work order. I am happy for the work well done by Gary! July 20, 2025 I am very amazed also for the job well done by Homero the new Property Emergency regarding the water tank issue in the bathroom. Homero done it in a timely manner.. Kudos to Gary & Homero!

There are roaches everywhere in the walls and the plugs in the sink and there's a lady that has a zillion cats and she washes all her cat laundry and our laundromats and now are clothes smell like cats it's ridiculous

Mr.Gary is a outstanding individual and excellent Maintenance man, we all hope he stays on as a employee of La Puente Gardens apartments...my name is Gilbert Valdez i reside in apartment 92.

Garry and Jaime are excellent team they did my request with a flying colors ,they finish my two toilet concerns in a matter of 15 minutes I requested it 1pm they said that they will check their stocks needed for my repair and they see me after 2hrs and everything went well two thumbs up ...no more worries ....
