La Plaza Apartments

The people that works here complains about little things meanwhile there are roaches in the complex so I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want the office at your door for every little thing you do also they are dirty they pool stays filthy no place for a child/children so I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE

Loving all the new improvements as well as the new look! The new management is the best we’ve ever had 100x over. This property is literally night and day difference from what it was just a few months back it almost looks like a brand new apartment complex now.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I been living at this property for almost a year. And thank God my lease is almost up. This place is dirty, garbage dumpster overflowing with garbage all the time. Nobody keeps up with the green areas. The pool is nasty. Maintenance is non-existent, if you have an issue with your apartment you might as well fix it yourself. The property manager only shows up to the office at the beginning of the month to collect rent. I try to research a corporate number to place a claim and cannot find anything. Overall this is the worst apartment experience I had, I won't renew my lease, I won't recommend it to anybody and I will never move back in this property again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not move here if you have any other option. It's been a disaster since day 1. When I showed up to move in, the manager had no idea who I was or that I was supposed to be moving in. The unit wasn't ready and I had to wait another week to move in. When I did sign my lease they couldn't find the keys and attempted to change the locks but didn't finish and left a hole where the deadlock should be on the front door.I had to put the old one back in and still don't have a key for it or my mail box five months later. My first week in the unit the AC system flooded so bad that it leaked into my bedroom. The managers advice was to put a bucket under it and empty it out when it was full. Very quiet, nice neighborhood but problems with people not cleaning their pet poop and over flooding the dumpster too. some are even spread poisonous substance on the green bushes,some stuff missing from our small patio . Too bad they're saying , please call the police you can remain anonymous.
