I had a wonderful experience with La Playa Properties. The agents are incredibly responsive and truly take the time to listen to what their clients are looking for, whether it’s a rental or a home purchase. They make the entire process smooth and stress-free by being attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. The property management team is just as impressive. They are always ready to assist tenants with any issues, no matter the time of day. HIGHLY recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. Between La Playa and Quanblue Property Management, there isn't a shadier group out there. We moved out September 14th 2025 and our unit was professionally cleaned (paid $200+), we painted the walls, filled in holes, scrubbed all markings, etc. etc. We waited for our security deposit to come back, but it never did. We reached out October 28th (after the 30-day period in which landlords must notify the tenant if they plan to deduct from the security deposit), and we were told "oh yea we sent it two weeks ago let me check". Never got it. This went on for literally two months, them claiming it was sitting with UPS, etc. etc. We FINALLY got our deposit back on December 10th, with a letter that stated they withheld $850 for pa

I had the worst experience working with this group, specifically Attilio La Manna. For context, my lease is scheduled to end on June 14th – I had already paid rent through the end of the lease. I had to move out early as I was moving states. I notified the Landlord and Attilio in writing in early April that I would not be renewing my lease after June 14th. I also told them I would be moving out around May 9th to give them ample time to find a new tenant and to potentially get reimbursed for any overlapping rent. I told them that I would honor the remainder of my lease in writing as well – they claim that I terminated the lease early which is false as rent had already been paid through the end date. I moved out, received Attilio’s written approval of the unit’s condition, and then return
