Excellent service provided by La Palma Realty and his agent Mr. Octavio Figueroa. When my wife and I decided to buy a house by the end of 2021 we we seek the professional services of a real estate agent, in this case those of Mr. Figueroa. From the time we began our house search in December 2021 until our closing day in April 2022, Mr. Figueroa was always by our side educating us, offering his professional advice and even suggested the mortgage company which gave us a unbeatable service and excellent terms for our loan. Without the help of Mr. Figueroa we would not have been able to have a satisfactory experience in the purchase of our home. Mr. Figueroa is a person of integrity and we highly recommend him for any aspect of the real estate world.

This is by far the worst experience I've been through as a tenant. My sister along with my little two girls moved in to one of their properties, at the beginning it was nice and all. The lady who did the paperwork was very nice and seemed responsible, we put down the deposit for this house the beginning of March to move in the first of April. Mind you, the house had minor adjustments to be made. Such as, paving the drive way, a fix here and there on the walls. And of course the whole yard had trash here and there. As the date gets close I took the initiative to contact the lady I spoke to and gave my deposit to, little did I know she was no longer there. The gentleman who answered the phone had NO idea this house already had tenants! I explained to him, later met up to give him the receipt
