La Fontana Apartments

What a change at La Fontana! There have been many upgrades in the past two years including a new roof and stucco work and exterior painting coming up. The lobby is fresh and breezy as you walk in and the friendly staff is always there to assist. This building has a wonderful neighborly feeling with residents who care about each other. And it has the most beautiful pool in West Palm Beach. What a great place to live!

can't wait to get out of this building. There is black mold in my closet, the staff is removed and unhelpful. The air conditioning has been out 10 times since I have been here. The area is really dicey. A woman was beaten up right in front of the building while taking her dog for a walk. The public space is surface cleaned at best and is filthy. The elevators need a good scrub down. Since I have lived here, the turn over of renters is amazing and the quality of tenants has gone further and further downhill. I am sure the owners living somewhere comfortable and safe are original who bought their place back in the 60's and have -0- mortgage so the rent they get can be low. I'm paying 1200.00 and the carpet is so old and dirty. I know this building is making me ill..can't wait to get out

Family has had property in La Fontana for over 50 years and feel it is one of the best places in West Palm Beach for condominium value. It has aged gracefully and the current management and the board are doing a good job of maintaining and improving the building. Swimming pool is on the intercoastal, has a 10 deep end and is heated and organically(salt water filtration and no chlorine) maintained. Units are large compared to new priced buildings and the building has is gated and has 24 hour doorman. Cant compare anywhere at this price except for sister building Portofino which is right next door.

Terrible front desk morning staff. Every single time we visit family here we are glared at and interrogated when we return from breakfast or the beach, even after being there for a week! Other guests can be equally hostile and downright rude if you don’t look or act like them.

Have owned at LaFontana for 31 years. Best building on Flagler Drive. Best view. Best pool. Best neighbors.
