La Estancia Apartments

I have had a very positive experience living at La Estancia at Viscount in El Paso, Texas. This community is a great place to call home. It feels very safe, and the administration does an excellent job managing the property and addressing residents’ needs. The staff are always respectful and helpful, which creates a welcoming environment for everyone. I truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of community here. I would recommend La Estancia at Viscount to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in El Paso.

rented a 2 bedroom advertised as $1050 no more then $1100 with bills allocated and my rent is $1250-1350 every month. the front office ladies are deceptive and rude when controversy comes around . neighbors aren’t a problem and maintenance does come around fairly quickly but being lied to about the rent ruins it for me.

Day 1, the AC was not cooling properly. Maintenance stated it was working and to keep it at the lowest temp at all times. I hired two licensed inspectors who both confirmed it was not functioning correctly. Despite reporting that outside confirmation, the issue was not addressed. Since it was fall, we decided to manage without further escalation. Our refrigerator failed twice. Work orders and maintenance notes initially attributed this to our usage and settings. When the issue recurred, the technician insisted it was me and called me a liar when I explained that we followed their instructions. Before you read my HOURENDOUS review, I need to warn everyone to BE VERY CAUTIOUS CONSIDERING LIVING HERE as there have been multiple shootings and assaults at this complex over several years time including the most recent on 11/3/2025 when a 40 year old resident was shot and killed!!! Look up the crime history at La Estancia Apartments on the local news feeds! The La Estancia Apartments are heartless, inconsiderate, and uncompassionate greedy money grubers!
