I have lived here for two years been thru 3 management teams . The new management are doing a good job but when you move out please clean your stove as if you were selling it because they will take your security deposit if you don't. Why do they have a cleaning crew if you have to clean your own apartment. They never painted before we moved in and now we're being charged for it that's not right at all!!!

If you are looking for an apartment home that does not care about you then you found the perfect spot. Maintenance changes every other week the front office staff is a new person in there each month. The way that you move into the apartment is horrible condition and then once you move out they expect you to pay for it the damages that was already there. The whole complex as a hold issues dull, so once again if you are looking for someone who don't care about you and don't care about your living please by all means move here. Property has rotten trees has stairwells with holes in it has the rails for the balcony are loose the storm drains are falling off of the roof of the apartment and none of this has been tended to so please by all means if you really want to waste your money this is the

As of 7/28/2020 I became a tenant of La Esperanza. On 7/30 sent over a message requesting for things to be corrected in the apartment. The biggest issue was the water smelling horrible of back up and The front door locks that were to be replaced. I asked two days in a row for someone to take a look at the water. No one came. I went over into the weekend With having to drive 20 mins back and forth to shower and eating out 2-3 times daily because I can not cook or bath. The water is unsanitary. On 8/3/2020 I went to the office to Speak with the leasing assistant to see what was going on with the work order. While speaking with her I also spoke with Lorie Regional Manager who was highly rude, disrespectful, and embarrassing. Asking her for help or advice is like speaking to a brick wall. I co

The manager Mollie Owens and her side kick anqunette Murray are unprofessional they both are sneaky messy and i wouldn’t recommend no one to stay out there those apartments are run down they put it together and sell it to you with dirty carpet and rats they are full of mold the a/c always leaks or doesn’t work. This place is really for immigrants in need of a home cause i wouldn’t recommend them to a homeless person. These two girls treated me like a slave a do-girl they stayed talking about people they have no feelings or compassion they are all about a check .. they selling holds in the wall for that commission check , anqunette Murray doesn’t know how to be a team player she steals my leads and get credit for them because her and Mollie are best friends me being the new girl my word did

So I want to start by saying that when I started my lease, Eduardo was there. Yes, he helped me get in quickly, but in no way knew how to do a job that big. He explained the initial move in process completely incorrect. Paperwork as important as giving notice of terminating your lease or turning your keys couldn’t even be done in a timely matter. This whole time I thought I had a deposit that was owed &coming to me, per Eduardo, so I’ve been calling/going up to the office since November!! &EVERY time he’d take my frwd address &again told me it will be at my new address in the next 30 days, that he was so busy he’d forgotten.
