La Crosse Apartments

Edit: Old negative reviews are from old management. Current management continues to do everything they can to undo the damage old management has done. I am so lucky to find this place as a first time renter. I have never met more patient, caring, and communicative people. Even after I leave this will always be home. Maintenance is fast and communicates. Management communicates. That’s the biggest part. I have no complaints. I am well taken care of.

Place has gone downhill within the last year. When I decided to leave and not renew my lease they turned my internet off 2 weeks before the end of my lease and never returned my calls. I called the internet company and they stated they got notice that someone else had already moved in. I had to go in the Apartment buildings office and they had no explanation for the cutoff and that I should have “came to them sooner” Despite my recent calls to them. I also left my apartment in really good condition. Perfect? No. But the apartment was fully cleaned and no damage was left. Not only have they refused to return my deposit they have also billed me for the outside carpet in the garage which never replaced before I moved in. Almost $500 for cleaning the countertop. Which was damaged on the side

Fantastic place to live! Local family owned and operated! Office staff are amazing and on top of things and are very fair with all residents. Haley (Assistant Manager) is so sweet and will do anything to help the residents and Stephanie (Property Manager) has been great in advocating for the residents and the pushing of upgraded amenities. The owners have been doing so much to update the property lately. The pool and hot tub are amazing especially the grill by the pool. Nicest gated community I have found in the heart of Bossier City close to the east bank district and Barksdale Air Force Base. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet complex.

I absolutely love LaCrosse apartments! ❤️ It is the staff that makes this such a wonderful place to live! It’s home! ALL the staff is always kind, and helpful with any request you have! The apartments are very quiet, very pleasant. Love the pool and hot tub! Always clean! ❤️

Please BELIEVE the low reviews. They are 100% correct! ESPECIALLY the ones about the deposits. We recently moved from Lacrosse and I am just disappointed. I want to first say, the maintenance team do fix the work orders when you put in the request. Also, Hailey is very sweet and gives great customer service! We have no problem with her at all. However, when you are getting ready to leave the property you have to do a walk through exit and a walk out exit. Please KNOW they are looking for anything so you will NOT get your deposit back. The walk through exit is when they come inside of your apartment and inspect while your furniture is inside. Kaitlyn ( property manager) did that one and she only mentioned about the carpet and said it would be $80 out of our deposit. Well, for the last
