La Cima by Ashton Woods

I recently closed on my house, and I especially want to recognize Hector, the construction manager. He was incredible throughout the process — he caught multiple flaws that even my inspector missed and had them fixed before closing. His sharp eyes, attention to detail, and ability to keep subcontractors organized (I even saw him step in and manage a dispute on site) really stood out. It gave me a lot of confidence that my home was in good hands. Shawn, the sales person, was very friendly and helpful whenever we spoke, and I appreciated his support during the process.

This meant I had to get my house in Madison, Wisconsin ready to sell, sell it and then immediately find a house in San Marcos that I could quickly close on.
