Surveillance and distressing noises that can drive you insane. If you have any mental health issues I'd advise to consult with a psychiatrist before living here. My experience here and at another supportive housing residence (3401 3rd Ave) has been a living nightmare. I haven't been able to get an explanation from management as to why and how people nearby can seemingly see or hear inside my unit and then begin slamming doors, knocking on walls, sounds of objects falling from ceiling all while in my bed which is highly distressing. Something very peculiar is occuring at these residences and honestly I think it's plain evil. Only thing I can recommend is to warn you and "Do Not deal with evil. Call on Jesus to save you."

Disappointed by what La Central has become. What was supposed to be a model for revitalizing the South Bronx has instead created a fenced, segregated enclave. The supportive housing is boxed off from other buildings, and part of the street is now closed off behind gates—public space turned private, access denied. Earlier phases (2019–2021) showed potential, but this latest move sends the wrong message: that revitalization means fencing people in and shutting the community out. Is this really the future we want for the Bronx—revitalization through exclusion?

Hiram Seabrook here again i have been here in January 4 years the first 3 years and eight months i lived in unit 607 was granted to move to the 7th floor where another wall banger is this unit is 705 a female i moved in July 26 she gave me a week i had already heard tapping so one day i was taking my garbage out she all of a sudden she came out and stood next to me waiting for the elevator so i asked her am i disturbing you she said no after that she has been banging and tapping my walls the staff told me that she is not doing it so the maintenance man confronted me saying she's not doing it so i said what do you have to do with it so i wanted to know who sent the maintenance man to my door i couldn't find out he gave me the impression that he was the boyfriend so naturally im feeling like

Building is beautiful most staff is on point . The only worthless factor is OMAR DAVIS . SOCIAL WORKER WORST AT HIS JOB TO B TOLD TO LEAVE AN OFFICE WHEN UR LIFE HAS BEEN PLACED IN DANGER N UR INTERACTION IS TAKING TO LONG. N STAFF IS POSE TO N PLACED THERE TO HELP.... NOT BECOME JUDGMENT. N CRATIC

The guys there they are really helpful the black the road for me so I can make turns If you are coming from I-278 Take 135 and Willis ave and E 148 and Begen ave when you see any of the workers Ask them where they want you to park Be safe 🤞🏼
